I overheard some sister say this publication would probably be studies after the Revelation book.

What everyone else has said!I cant believe they are doing this again..the whole book can only be appreciated by smoking some "good stuff"as im sure John did when he wrote Revelation.

Extra training ... so you know that shooting babies is WRONG ?!?

how dumb and pathetic.. no extra training should be necessary for even slightly trained and disciplined soldiers.

i guess it is for some of the rabble that the us call "troops" though.. of course the real problem is not just those on the ground that have committed the latest attrocity.

it is the chain of command that tried to cover it up and all the way up to the president who sanctions bombing of civilian targets with nothing more than rumour for "intelligence".. from now on america, you are on your own.

Oh my freaking god. You did not just suggest that innocent children like the ones on the flights that plowed into the buildings deserved to die, are you? What could be 'coming around' to them??? Sounds like a throwback to the whole Jehovah will destroy you if you sin and don't repent thing to me! What about the bus bombings last year in London, was that universal payback too? Did those people deserve to die in your country or were they simply innocent victims? If you see my post it said how appalled i was at the WTC atrocities.Ditto the London Bombings.But whilst my Government ties itself to that fuckwit Bush im afraid this kind of thing will be a threat and all us innocent citizens will be targets. However my Country has no real power over anyone anymore (the sun set on our Empire a long time ago)wheras American policies over the last 15-20 years have contributed to many Countries woes.People werent going to take it forever..hence an attack on American soil.It did have a sense of inevitability to it.So i suggest that instead of dramatic,emotional outbursts ,you should possibly at least pretend to grasp a bigger picture.

I was as appalled as anyone at the loss of innocent life..but one has to think what goes around comes around.

wow, this one really got my attention.

gordon, and ej-jw from across the pond has broadcast his email which is an unequivicating diatribe and prediction of doom for the brooklyn bethel complex on or near the beast day : 6-6-06. well here's his email in it's entirety, feedback is welcome.

i heard the fbi showed up to question him when he visited nyc recently to deliver a warning message to brooklyn headquarters.

Actually I thought the Daniel book was OK, but without a doubt the biggest piece of rubbish I was ever expected to read and believe was the Isaiah Books! …Yes, 2 of them! Seemed like they would never end, they just explained the verses' any which way they liked and we were expected to believe it. I was continually asking myself “Where did they get this rubbish from?” lone ranger I totally agree with that sentence(hope you dont mind me nicking it..lol).I stopped going as we did one of the Isaiah books..i forget if it was vol1 or 2(it all seemed the same to me and went on forever!!)..it was 2003 though and i remember thinking to myself if this isnt made up then im a dutchmans uncle. the Daniel book was very interesting as im interested in history..but again everything that was part of the prophecy is totally and utterly crow barred in to fit the Witness view of things. I still cant believe i used to swallow all that rubbish.

today i re-established contact with an older true - friend who is still a jw.

in the fifty years that he has been baptized he invested a lot of time and effort in helping the needy and elderly, loyally taking up responsibilities in the org as an elder, organizer, speaker and shepherd.

he is still out there as a lowly publisher, tirelessly going from door to door with only his bible.

Yes that was the case.But whether such a fairly insignificant group as the JW,s would have been used in the German plans for "lebensraum"in occupied Estern Europe?(sp?)...no i dont think so.

ok i don't bother much about celebrities and all this craziness about couples getting together and breaking up is more than likely media blown out of proportion but..... tom cruise and katie holmes .... something here really doesn't feel right to me.. we have older man vs young woman.

clearly a man who has no problem making a spectacle of himself - jumping on the furniture on international tv - she seemed rather shy and subdued.

a man who has no problem voicing his religious beliefs as if he and he alone has the ultimate truth of matters - she not so experienced so follows his beliefs (according to the media).

Of course they could just be quite happy together.Take away the whacky religion and im not sure theyre any differant than many other hollywood couple.Living in the goldfish bowl and all that.

If anything i think South park may have had it spot on."Hey,tom cruise is in my closet...." "why wont tom cruise come out the closet..."
